Michael McDonagh is an experienced real estate professional who delivers excellence to his clients. Prior to his career in real estate, Michael graduated from Baruch College with a BBA in Accounting and minor in Economics. Upon graduation, he co-founded a hedge fund, Throne Capital, with his brother and two other business associates. He was the Chief Financial Officer and responsible for composing financial statements for investors, facilitating in capital raising, deep financial analyses of companies to identify unique investment opportunities, and communicating with investors and their advisers regarding net asset values and market outlook. Additionally, Michael maintains his own portfolio where he implements his own strategies from crypto to options, short-selling, derivatives, and the occasional short squeeze. His finance and accounting background are invaluable skills that enables him to properly advise his clients.

Michael went into real estate because he enjoys engaging with people and helping them realize their real estate dreams.
