The living room is characterized by a concrete fireplace and a large sofa showing the full breadth of this room. The black wood bookshelves highlight the objects placed inside them, providing a strong visual impact.

 

Walking through the bookshelves, you enter the dining area where the Marquinia marble table is the centerpiece. The volume of the kitchen with its stainless steel counter top is the perfect visual completion. The bedrooms are characterized by minimal and sophisticated style, to create a calm and soothing environment. Wallwasher lighting characterizes every room to make the property a place of rest from the city.

 

The Orcia marble in the bathrooms enhances the plasticity of the volumes and enhances the sense of minimalism.

 

This uniquely charming residence is located between Via Mascagni and Via Visconti di Modrone, a few steps from Piazza San Babila and the famous Milan Fashion District. The building is designed by a prominent architect from Milan, Francesco Gnecchi Ruscone.
