The Chalet is divided into two completely independent housing units. Each of the two residential units that make up the Chalet consists of a ground floor and a first floor completely above ground, a first basement floor, and a second completely underground floor. The structure of the building was made of reinforced concrete (underground floors) and bricks (floors above ground). The roof is in Larch wood with a sheet metal cover. The roofs of the porticoes, the garage, and the pedestrian entrance were made with wooden shingles. Externally the Chalet has been completely covered with Larch wood planking. The external cladding of some details was made with “Giza” granite stone from Egypt.
The property is fully secured by a system alarm that controls all accesses at the perimeter and an internal volumetric system.
Externally the property it is completely video-monitored by cameras connected to a surveillance institution.
Wellness
The two houses have a Wellness area each with its swimming pool completely covered in crystalline mosaic, complete with a hydromassage area, a marble fountain for games of water, and multicolor LED lighting. The flooring it was made of hammered Botticino marble. Area Wellness has its own showers.
Position
The driveway and pedestrian entrances to the property are located in Via Belvedere while there is another pedestrian access at the rear of the property that overlooks Via Cima Tosa. The town center is 200 meters from the property while the ski slopes are 50 meters away. The ski area of Madonna di Campiglio, in the best 3 ski areas of Italy and among the most famous in Europe, offers more than 150km of ski lines.
Madonna di Campiglio does not offer only winter-season sports, it is full of outdoor activities also in Spring and Summer. It is well known for its hiking paths, along with the downhill and ecotourism with e-bikes.
