Dylan Custodero is a seasoned real estate agent with a focus and background in New Development projects. He brings a fresh and well-rounded perspective to the industry as he lived abroad in France for many years before returning permanently to New York. In the past, Dylan has worked for luxury companies in Paris such as Saint Laurent and Louis Vuitton, where he discovered his curiosity for peoples' cultures and personal stories. His genuine fascination allows him to have a deeper understanding of the needs of his clients and amplifies his approach to sales. Dylan completed his studies at Parsons School of Design in both New York and Paris where he received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Dylan grew up in Los Angeles, California, and is the eldest of four siblings. As a kid, he started cooking with his dad and it soon became a big hobby of his, always preparing food for his hungry family on major holidays. He was always thrilled to try new recipes and learned at a young age that trial and error is vital to obtain the best outcome by experimenting with various approaches and techniques. Fast-forward that to the present where he utilizes the same concepts in real estate to make sure his clients have the best experience possible every time. He understands that in order to be great at anything, time, devotion, and patience are key. Dylan applies this every day in his real-estate career and believes that it is essential to maintain and evolve his success.
